We do our best to keep stock information accurate, but stock shown on the website is an indication only and may change.

Because orders are placed online, via email, and through other channels, it is possible for stock to change before an order is processed.

Stock is only confirmed once payment has been received and the order has been verified.

Stock levels on the website are updated automatically as:

  • Orders are placed
  • Stock is received
  • Stock is allocated to other customers
  • Supplier availability changes

In rare cases, more than one customer may place an order for the last available unit at the same time.

In this situation, stock is allocated in the order that payments are received.

Not all products are kept in stock

While we try to keep stock of popular items, it is not possible to hold stock of every product we offer.

Many items are:

  • Ordered from suppliers
  • Imported
  • Manufactured to order
  • Supplied on backorder

Because of this, availability must always be confirmed after the order is placed.

Lead times and supplier delays

If stock is not available, the item may need to be ordered from a supplier.

Lead times may vary depending on:

  • Supplier availability
  • Import or shipping time
  • Customs clearance
  • Manufacturing time

Lead times shown on the website are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

What should I do if this happens?

If the website showed stock but the item is no longer available, please contact us and we will assist with:

  • Updated lead time
  • Alternative product options
  • Quote for a new order
  • Refund or credit where applicable
